Spain tilts towards windmills
The northern Spanish region of Navarra possesses two natural resources in abundance - wind and sun. And it is putting both to good use in a bid to wean itself off polluting fossil fuels. Over half the region’s electricity already comes from renewable resources and its goal is to produce all its power naturally by 2010.
