Pesky pesticides
Despite EU efforts to encourage the sustainable use of pesticides, their use has not declined over the past decade. With more scientific evidence pointing to a direct link between pesticides and cancer, the European Commission has decided to act to control their use, minimize risks to human health and promote healthier alternatives.
