No rain in Spain
At Mula in southern Spain, water is very precious – which is why farmers are allotted water quotas to irrigate their fields. To ensure not a drop of water is wasted, a multi-million euro overhaul of the region’s irrigation system has been undertaken with the support of EU funds.
