EU CHILDREN OF PEACE IN IRAQ

All nine projects implemented in 2014 under the ‘EU Children of Peace’ initiative (Educating in emergencies) received kits containing cameras and detailed instructions for the kids to reproduce the choreography designed by Vaya de la Vega, to the Wasis Diop song ‘Rêver’.

Here you can watch a series of video clips featuring kids performing the song in Ecuador (supported by the UNHCR team), D.R Congo (War Child), Chad (UNICEF), South Sudan (Lutheran World Federation), Colombia (UNHCR) and Iraq (Triangle GH).

These clips have been produced to recognise the great work carried out by ECHO’s implementing partners in helping 108 000 kids in conflict-affected areas.
